In a rush during your time in Nepal? Want to see the sights? Of course you do! Why not take a helicopter to Everest! Everest Base Camp in a helicopter is epic, get some awesome shots and be back in Kathmandu for dinner. This really is a whirlwind trip to the roof of the world. Please do note that the price for the trip is $5,400 USD. The maximum amount of people is 5 but even if you are 1, the price will still be $5,400. If you are interested in the trip and don’t mind being with other travelers, just let us know and we can see if we can work that out and get you a better price!

The trip starts by heading east to Lukla. This glorious Sherpa village has one of the most terrifying runways in the world so arriving in a helicopter is a great way to get views of the size (or lack of) of the runway! The journey then heads to Everest Base Camp and along the way the Khumbu Glacier comes into a superb view. The helicopter will stop at Kalapathar where you will be able to get spectacular views of the roof of the world, Mt. Everest and the neighboring mountains.

After you have captured your panoramic camera shots, we head to Syangboche where breakfast is served amongst the backdrop of the awesome Himalayas. Finally, the trip heads back to Lukla to quickly grab some more fuel before the journey back to Kathmandu ending what is a once in a lifetime trip and something you will remember for ever. This trip is the best way to get awesome photos of Everest and the surrounding mountains in the least amount of time. Exclusive, incredible and memorable. Are you ready?

No. If the weather is bad, the helicopter will not go. It also makes sense as you won’t enjoy it if you can’t see anything!

Unfortunately not. The price is for the helicopter. We always need that which is a fixed cost so it is same price whether you are 1 person or 5. We can’t have more than 5 persons.
