Fly to Lhasa (3,650m)
Spectacular trans-Himalayan flight to Lhasa. Rest day for acclimatization.
Lhasa Sightseeing - Potala Palace
Visit the iconic Potala Palace, former winter residence of the Dalai Lamas. Explore Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market.
Lhasa Monasteries
Visit Drepung and Sera Monasteries. Witness the famous monk debates at Sera.
Drive to Gyantse (3,977m)
Scenic drive across Khamba La Pass (4,794m) with views of Yamdrok Lake. Visit Gyantse Kumbum and fortress.
